By accessing Simple Moving Abroadyou agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms can change without prior individual notice; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.

The service

Simple Moving Abroad is provided free of charge by Simple Products as an informational utility. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, including denial-of-service attempts and automated scraping that materially degrades performance for other users;
• remove, obscure, or interfere with advertising or measurement code that funds the free operation of the site.

Reasonable, well-behaved automated access (search engine indexing, individual scripted lookups) is permitted.

Intellectual property

The Simple Moving Abroad brand, design, and presentation are owned by Simple Products. The site embeds third-party services and content; rights in those remain with their respective owners. You retain all rights to any input you provide to the tool — we do not store it.

Disclaimer of warranties

Simple Moving Abroadis provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Simple Products disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Conversions, results, IP information, geolocation, and other outputs are provided for informational use only and must not be relied on for safety-, legal-, financial-, or medical-critical decisions without independent verification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Simple Products will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law are not affected by this clause.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (hosting, analytics, advertising) listed in our Privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of those providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, for any user who breaches these terms or whose use disrupts the service for others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
